FAQs
Download the app, enter your address, and pick a pickup time. Our driver comes to you with our service bags. You fill the bags for the services you need: laundry, stitching, or both. We collect, clean or stitch everything in our own facility, and deliver back to your door.
Yes. Flag the items when you book and we will hand-wash or air-dry them. Delicates, wool, and anything without a care label are treated that way by default.
Laundry comes back the next day. Tailoring depends on the work: alterations usually take two to three days, and made-to-measure pieces take longer, which we confirm with your quote.
Per-item prices are in the app before you confirm, so you see the total upfront. For custom tailoring we send a quote for your approval before any work begins.
Very little. Empty your pockets and set aside anything that needs special care so you can flag it. Our driver brings the bags, so there is nothing for you to supply.
We treat most stains as part of a normal clean at no extra cost. Point them out when you book so we can pre-treat them. Older or set stains cannot always be removed fully, and we will tell you before we proceed.
